There are some myths that exist about getting into modelling.

- Not being tall enough
- Not being good looking enough
- Being exploited
- Being the wrong shape, ethnicity, etc.

All the above are myths for that very reason - they are simply urban legends that are not true at all. A model can be small, she can be any ethnicity and even ugly! Different tastes exist in all forms - including looks. Kate Moss is only 5'7" and isn't naturally beautiful. Yet she still remains the name on everyone's tongue when the word 'model' is brought up.
